I made an appointment with this dentist office for a routine cleaning and was told I had a cavity. I wasn't experiencing any discomfort, yet I scheduled an appointment to get it "fixed" anyway. I received a bill for over $300, despite the fact that I had insurance which should've covered most of the bill. I called my insurance company and was told the dentist overcharged them and that they paid the maximum amount that was allowed by contract. I took the bill back to the dentist office to question the charges and was told they couldn't find any of my paperwork or x-rays. The entire staff is rude and untrustworthy to say the least.
About Front Desk: Clueless idiots that couldn't answer a single question and claimed they lost all my paperwork and x-rays when asking about a ridiculously overcharged bill they keep mailing to my house.

Is a very gentle dentist . I would recommend him to others. He doesn't do procedures to do them.

Always a pain free, quick and friendly visit. I would recommend Dr. Tack to everyone. The entire staff from the Desk to clesk to Cleanings to Fillings and Crowns. Great!

Excellent dentist with a genuine interest in your dental health. Always states clearly what his intentions are before he begins. Afterwards he takes time to discuss next steps, if any.

Dr. Tack does a wonderful job is extremely skilled. He has been my dentist for the past 10 years and does not like you to be in pain, therefore you wont be.
