I've read the negative reviews for Dr.Friedman and am left to wonder just who in the blue blazes they are talking about. The Dr.Friedman I know is far from being the uncaring & ego driven ogre that he's been painted as. I've had him as my dentist for 8 years and I have nothing but praise for the man and the people in his office. I've had extractions, crowns, bridges and partials done and each and every time I've been there I've been treated with respect and care. I've had 3 instances where I needed same day emergency service late in the day and I was never turned aside or told to come back the next day. I find Dr. Friedman to be a personable and congenial young man who has a good sense of humor yet is 100% professional when it comes to his work. We all have some bad days and perhaps some of the complainers think that professionals aren't allowed to be mortal people when it comes to moods and / or feelings. Perhaps some people don't like being told things they don't want to hear or maybe they just have an axe to grind with life itself. I highly recommend this dentist and think those who have bad mouthed him shouldn't be listened to. If it's a good dentist & a good person you are looking for then give Dr.Friedman a chance.
About Front Desk: The ladies who man the front desk are absolutely the best. Susan, Judy and Megan are kind, caring and very helpful and a pleasure to interact with. Nice nice people.

About Hygienist: Nellie has been my hygienist for many years (even before she worked for Dr. Friedman) and she's not only a wonderful person but is excellent at what she does. She is efficient, proficient and very thorough.

Dr. Friedman is as amazing as they come. I NEVER do online reviews as I think they are total BS. Only the complainers say anything and that seems due to personal issues rather than actual service. Im compelled to respond only because I am a nightmare patient. Im terrified of dentists. I not only have a major phobia, but I realistically do not numb on my upper left side. Its pure torture. This man has been beyond patient with me while ive cried, hyperventilated, and all but refused to be touched and all the while created the best bond of trust. Hes pulled a tooth of mine, filled cavities, done a root canal and much more over the ten plus years he has been my dentist. He is not arrogant. He is not condescending. Anyone saying anything to the contrary is doing a major disservice to those of us like me who have had nightmarish experiences and put off dental care because of it.

This dentist is a genuine masochist avoid him like the plague. In addition to his arrogance and condescension in my opinion if you are looking for a megalomaniac...this is the guy for you!

I had 2 crowns done. After 1st crown done, was just an ok fit. 2nd crown no root canel was done. Temp came off & office couldn't get me in emergency. I went to Walgreens & bought glue to put tooth back on. In so much pain, cried all night. 3rd time back crown didn't fit, Doc. ground it down to metal & wanted to put in my mouth. Still in pain. 4th time back 2nd crown didn't fit. Grounded it down almost to metal, root canel finally done. Not done correctly. I was told to try the tooth out for at least a month. 3 months later called office & asked for my money back so I could go to another dentist & have crown/root canel done correctly. Was told I would have to sign a gag waver not to talk about my issues with anyone & that no other money would be paid out even if it cost more to fix the mistakes. I Do Not Recommend this Dentist or office to anyone! P.S. office is a bit dumpy looking too.
