The office will tell you they accept your insurance, HOWEVER will FAIL to tell you that the doc isn't PPO affiliated and instead is a PREMIER doc. Thus, you'll be hit with an OUTRAGEOUS bill of copays! DO YOUR RESEARCH and KEEP AWAY from Dr. HAYTHAM FARES.
When requested to speak to doc about a questionable charge, he replied that I was wasting his time. Disrespectful and rude!

the best dentist ever.. customer service is excellent.. i have my cleaning done with them and every time it's amazing results.. i also had a filling, root canal and there was no pain.. i absolutely recommend this dentist... he knows what he is doing and the stuff are so friendly and always nice to customers
