Unfortunately a very poor experience. Dr Bye was not concerned about my unique needs, he wanted to do work on all of my teeth, stating they were in poor condition and needed immediate attention or there would be grave consequences. After two other opinions, I now realize Dr Bye was trying to take advantage of me.
He uses scare tactics (are all my teeth really going to fall out?) then he brings in a 'closer' who used high pressure sales tactics to try to pressure you into signing on the dotted line. Saying ' well if it isn't a money issue just sign at the bottom...' And ' you can't put a price on your health'. It was interesting that the quote (after insurance) came out to two payments of $X,995 exactly. Seems like a psychological number a used car salesman or late night infomercial hawker would utilize.
Other opinions: Both stated I likely had years before there was a potential need for work, if it was needed ever, but wanted to monitor yearly. I asked for a quote for the teeth they felt may require work in the future to get an idea of the costs associated. Quote was 20% of Dr Bye's for the same type of work, same technique.
Oh yeah, bring a male friend along, he hit on me when we were alone as well. Bye bye Dr. Bye.
