Went in for a general check-up and to have my teeth cleaned. The receptionist was rude and I had to wait a half hour to see anyone. The rest of my experience was okay - typical. Terrible customer service, though.

Veneers. Had small problem - Dr. Joe fixed everything! There will always be problems, but it's how quickly they are fixed. PLUS, it was all covered under the guarantee! Very nice staff. Highly recommended.
About Front Desk: Would like dest staff to introduce themselves on the phone, otherwise, pretty good.

I have been going to Dr. Abbate for years. I won't go anywhere else. They are very professional, positive and kind. I have had general dental treatments (cleanings, fillings, etc.) as well as teeth whitening.
About Hygienist: They are all awesome but Beth is my favorite.

I love everyone who works in Dr. Abbate's office. They are all very professional, very personable and provide terrific dental care. Appointments are always on time, there isn't a lot of waiting. I have been extremely satisfied.

Dr. Abbate is very outgoing. Wonderful doctor who makes sure that he gives enough pain medication to keep you as comfortable as possible. All of his staff know who you are and he is great with sharing his personal life and relating to patients.

Dr. Abbate is wonderful. His office is very professional, modern, and clean. He uses helpful videos to assist explaining dental procedures to patients. He is very down-to-earth, and his staff and hygienists are extremely courteous. He even developed his own toothpaste! Since his office is in the Ren Cen, he pays $5 for your parking costs. My only complaint was that Dr. Abbate stopped taking my insurance (BCBS PPO), and didn't inform me of this change. So my husband and I started paying more money out of our pocket without understanding why. We just wanted an explaination. Despite this, however, I wish Dr. Abbate continued to take my insurance, because I would have stuck with him. Best of luck to you finding a dentist!
