This was the worst I have ever experienced, my appointment was at 11 I was called to the back at 11:45 Dr Bedell had 3 people waiting on him. I had a tooth pulled, he was helping all three patients at the same time, jumping from patient to patient (wearing no gloves). He rub the gel in my mouth and gave me a shot for pain and left to help the other patient, leaving me with nothing to suction up my mouth or anything. I had to get up and get some paper towel to spit in. I was seen at his Plymouth office but like I stated earlier, it was the worst I have ever seen or heard.
