I had a root canal that needed to be done I had been ignoring for several months. I was nervous and anticipated much agony with the procedure. Dr. Ingram explained the procedure and is a very nice Dr. I even to recommend a child to visit. Very please with the procedure.

Dr. Ingam performed a root canal today and I must say was very impressed with the way he and staff treated me. He went over the procedure and also his receptionist called me the day before for the estimated pay. Very content with the results. Pain free.
I highly recommend Dr. Ingram.

Dr. Ingram performed a root canal on me. He explained the procedure before he got started, and during the procedure he asked about my comfort level. The procedure was not very painful. I had experienced a lot more pain from the dentist who fitted me for my crown (dentist in another office). I did have some trouble with the secretary handling my insurance referal but it got squared away. I would recommend Dr. Ingram to anyone.

Dr. Ingram is a friendly dentist. I have had two root canals done by him. I didn't feel a thing either time. I had an infection following one of the treatments. I called the office and got right back in. I received pencillin and didn't have another problem. I would definitely recommend him.

Just had a root canal on recently at the office. WHILE DR. INGRAM is courteous and VERY PROFESSIONAL, I wish I could say that for this FRONT OFFICE STAFF. THEY DO NOT seem to know 1 ounce of courtesy, professionalism and compassion. VERY, VERY DISCOURTEOUS. They do a disservice to Dr Ingram and others in their profession.
Again, Dr. INGRAM services I would recommend HIGHLY.

My teenage daughter had to have a root canal. Prior to Dr. TA Ingram performing the procedure his office insisted on a 20% co-pay, rather than the negotiated 10% by Delta Dental. We paid 20%, $142.00. The full amount of the claim was paid to Dr. Ingrams office by Delta Dental on 8/16, for $639.00, (I have the check number provided to me by Delta Dental) but his office claims they have a problem with their mail and have not received the payment from the insurance.
They refuse to pay pack the half of the co-pay, $71.00, that they owe me.
His front desk help is mean and disrespectful.
