I have been waiting a year for an appointment for a SATURDAY, my work schedule only allows Saturdays. Every time I call, they put me "on the list" to call when they have a Saturday available. So far, no call, no idea of when I can get it.

Very pleasant office, very kind staff. Dr. Velick gives painless shots! He is very thorough. I had a crown done, and everything was great!

A long time ago, I had a root canal and was told that I would be needing crowns on those teeth. Dr. Velick waited so long to put the crowns on that I had to undergo gum surgery before he could successfully put them in. Another problem that developed as a result of too much time passage was that one of the teeth had become infected, so when he put the crown on, the tooth cracked. Then, I had to have the brand new crown removed along with the tooth and am supposed to have a bridge put on instead. After the procedure, I can guarantee that I'm going to find a different dentist because I feel that, at this point, Dr. Velick is only causing harm.
