The doctor didn't talk to me at all. He didn't tell me what was wrong with my teeth or anything about them, he made me feel like I wasn't even there. never go to dr. Premen, especially if your not Calcasuion, he is racist to others. The place smells very bad like mildew and other terrible smells, and the office is very old. He also didn't ask me if I had questions, he didn't talk. my teeth have been hurting me and he didn't say anything. Waste of my time and money.

About Front Desk: The rest of the staff were nice and very kind. I was comfortable with them.

I didn't feel safe with the dentist. He didn't look at my teeth at all only the nurse did, and he didn't even tell me anything about my teeth. He wasn't friendly or kind, he completely ignored me. He didn't communicate with me at all. The feeling I got was hostile. I feel that he is hostile to non-whites. The place smelt absolutely horrible, I came home and the smell was still on my clothes. I would never recommend this dentist to anyone. And my treatment success there was no treatment at all, didn't tell me about my bad tooth either.

I cannot believe I went to this office. Very old fashioned and the dentist smokes in the office. I actually ended up in more pain after he did work. I eventually had to have the crowns done at another office. I'm very disappointed in the time and money spent at this office. Would not recommend this dentist.

Dr. Premen is a lazy and terrible dentist. All of my dental work has needed to be replaced within a year. The fillings he put in actually made my cavities bigger!! I had them redone elsewhere because Dr Premen never showed up to work when I had appointments. The office is out dated and smells like cigarettes. I really don't know why he is still working. He is old and needs to retire.

About Hygienist: The hygienist that did my last few cleanings was very helpful and explained a lot of things that no other hygienist or dentist ever explained. She was gentle and thorough.

This doctor's office hasn't been updated since the 1970's. He is a habitual smoker, the office wreaks. He leaves decay in your mouth, fillings fall out constantly, his work is shabby and shady to put it mildly. His demeanor is rude and toxic along with foul language. The office is located in the basement across the hall from his living quarters, it's damp, dark and smells of mildew.

very professional but laid back and a relaxing atmosphere. He continuously attend a the academy of oral medicune meetings, and found me to be a diabetic before my md ever thought of it. he saved my life! his office is state of the art in high tech gear and top of the line computer work and help. provides specialty financing for dental procedures. is always available,I just love him!
