I have five children who have had cleanings at Dr. Webb's office with great success. So, when I was told the office also did orthodontic work, I had consultations and received quotes (that were the going rate...no cheaper) on three of my older kids. My oldest, who is 16, started with getting 4 wisdom teeth extracted. After his appointment, I looked at the receipt and noticed all teeth were impacted, which means they had to cut them out. He was not put under anesthesia. He was only given nitro (laughing gas). My son shared with me his experience and I was dumb founded because my oral extractions went fine but I was put under! At his follow-up appointment, I had questions that were skirted around by his nurse. Come to find out...Dr. Webb is NOT an orthodontist and is NOT an oral surgeon!!! ONLY an Oral surgeon should be doing this kind of procedure because they are able to give anesthesia. This was not a simple pulling...THEY WERE CUT OUT!!! To say the least, this was unethical practice! I cancelled all orthodontic appointments and my husband and I and our five children will NEVER go back even for a teeth cleaning!!! Lesson Learned...Do your research! I was told this is not well regulated in the dental industry.
About Hygienist: I asked Dr. Webb's assistant why my son was not given anesthesia. She answered, "we are not qualified to do that here). I asked her if Dr. Webb was an orthodontist? She answered, "he has been practicing ortho for .... years..." No, I asked is he an orthodontist? "no" I asked Is he an oral surgeon? "well he has practiced..blablabla..." No, I asked is he an oral surgeon? "no" I should have been given honest answers and been made aware of my options and their lack of certification from the beginning!!!

I have always had wonderful service, along with pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful dentists, hygienists, and staff. My children have always enjoyed going to Dr. Webb, actually look forward to it!

Dr webb is a wonderful dentist. Him and his staff are very comforting. I would reccomend him to any one.
