My last appointment with Dr. Wymore at 1:30PM on July 14, 2015. My husband accompanied me and waited for me in the waiting room. My appointment was a follow-up to assess whether or not 2 teeth (#30 and #31) were still infected. Dr Wymore questioned whether or not I had had the teeth extracted yet, and I told him that they had not. In fact, he did not even remember that there were 2 teeth involved. Dr. Wymore began yelling at me and my husband heard him and immediately came into the exam room. Dr. Wymore calmed down a little when my husband intervened. Dr. Wymore had been treating this infection with the anti-biotic medication Clyndamycin. He said that this was a "dangerous medication" and refused to prescribe the original 30 tablets and prescribed only 10 tablets - not enough to get me through until the extractions scheduled for later by the oral surgeon Dr. Wymore referred me to - Dr. Osetek - in Petoskey, MI. Dr. Wymore treated me like I was a second-class citizen by screaming at me which was witnessed by my husband and his receptionist. His attitude stressed me out as he acted unprofessionally, arrogant, and without regard for my feelings. I intend to report Dr. Wymore to the Michigan state licensing authority.
