I have been a Patient of Dr. (Singing) Robert Bowman since he 1st opened his practice in the late 1970's! (Really! Peace Out, Man!) I have crowns, and also a surgery on my inner lip. Have had routine appointments for myself and family. Very efficient office and FUN! Fees were like any body else.I thought reasonable considering I think I have the best dentist ever! No pain and very happy with results. I would recommend him to everybody, and I have!
About Front Desk: Very helpful, and kind. I think they like their jobs and are very good at it. I am always able to get in when I want.
About Hygienist: I have had several, but all great.

I went into Dr. Bowman's office and had six crowns done on my front teeth. I had old composite fillings that were breaking down and staining. Besides having orthodontics done, I hadn't had much prior dental work. Although, my smile was straight, I wanted it better. Dr. Bowman spent very much time with me to understand what my expectations were and to what extent he could deliver. I took a magazine ad in of what I was hoping for in my new smile. I even had lab fabricated temporaries, and a model showing what my permanent crowns would look like. The esthetics of my new crowns are amazing, I couldn't be happier! I am always getting compliments on my nice smile. They look very natural, and are just what I wanted. The work was done, painfree and very efficient. I felt very comfortable in the environment, and happy, faces.
The prices seemed to be very comparible to others. My ultimate goal was to satisfy my expectations. The front desk was very accomidating in making sure I didn't have any surprises in cost with my treatment. I would highly recommend Dr. Bowman as your cosmetic dentist. He is skilled in many procedures, and has the knowledge, along with ability to provide the dental care you need.
About Hygienist: I feel as though the hygenist were very thorough and efficient.

Worst dentist I've ever encountered.
He performed complex procedures that should have been referred to a specialist. Lots of pain and money involved. The procedures he performed failed. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this guy!!
Also, I always thought his billing statements were made intentionally confusing. Multiple times we question charges and "errors" were found & corrected.

He is fast, and rough. Not gentle. very expensive. had 3 family members leave, because of a cracked tooth, and too rough with them.

This dentist Dr. Bowman works one week in his office here in MI and then the next week in FLA. He is fast, non attentative, for every procedure he has done for me and my . Meaning he did our crowns they were not very good at all. My husband had 2 crowns both crowns had problems with bite, pain, and super sensitivity and he also had a root canal that was super sensitive and the same for my crown. I also have a huge black area where the crown meets tthe gum. This looks terrible. We tried Dr. Bowmans adjustments and nothing worked. We chose him because he was close and in our dental network. Big mistake for us. He is just too interested in quantity of people he can squeeze in for the money during his total of 8 days in MI to really do quality work. He literally was with my husband and I during our crown prep, adjusting, and fittings for about 5 minutes if that each time. His hygienists or dental assistants did most everything. We have gone to someone new and that dentists fixed everything for us although it had to cost us now double because we paid bowman and now our new dentist to fix his mistakes. I would not recommend him at all for service, cost, pain, or thoroughness of his work. sorry.
About Hygienist: Hygienists were very nice but a couple were way to chatty and flirty w/dentist during procedures where he was actually there.
