Office had state-of-the-art equipment. Dentist is upbeat and tries very hard to deliver great service. But I had an expensive procedure done with only partial success. This is not to say other people have had similar experiences. I'm just noting what happened to me. I would suggest that patients get a thorough breakdown of the Patient Treatment Plan and have the billing person insert the amount of insurance you actually have to ensure a realistic estimate of billing. Take the plan home and study it before beginning treatment. Ask questions.

There is overall nothing wrong with the office and the employees. They are all friendly and the dentist is great. But the biggest problem is that they will try to sell you things and it is over the top. I on a weekly basis get veneer and invisalign pamphlets. It's a waste of paper honestly. I also had a few billing problems. They are not too clear on exactly how much they are going to end up charging you. Plus I paid for my services in cash but they tried to charge my insurance company on top of it for the services. I would not recommend this office. Skip it!

Dr. Polyvou is excellent. He makes you feel very comfortable and has an outstanding chair-side manner. I would recommend him and his office to anyone. Superb service!! My root canal was pain free and done before I knew it. Great work.

dr polyviou does quality dentistry. they practice excellent sterilization procedures . the office is no frills , no fancy building. but as a former employee i know that dr.polyviou does great dentistry at a reasonable price.
