Nicest staff around, i have been to many other dentists in the area and have found Dr Genrich to be the most pleasant approachable, and honest dentist in the Livonia area. His staff was extremely helpful in assisting me with my benefits I would definetely recommend his entire staff

The doctor did his job okay, but he misled us to believe some work he did was covered by our insurance without even checking with the insurance company beforehand.
We tried to confirm with Dr Genrich repeatedly before the operation whether the insurance would cover it. He always told us that it would be covered. Then a month later, we were billed for more than $1000 by his office.
When we tried to solve the problem and offered to share the cost with the doctor, his office manager was very rude and refused to give us adequate discount for those services we were trapped to do. We ended up paying more than $700 out of pocket, which could have been completely avoided if the doctor informed us honestly at the beginning.
My lesson: Don't believe what the doctor says about insurance coverage. Always check with the insurance yourself. Ask for operation code and call your insurance company to make sure.

The doctor and all staff memebers are very friendly. They make you feel right at home. You are not just another patient you are an individual. Very accomidating when you need a quick fix. Very proffesional. Most you'll feel is a poke of a scrapper on ocassion.

I have never, ever had a bad experience with Dr. Genrich. His hygenists are kind and gentle, and he is the same. I totally completely recommend him.

Absolutely the finest Dentist I have ever used. His entire staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone including my friends and relatives. I now live in Florida full time but try to schedule my dental needs for times when I am back in the Michigan area.

I am extremely pleased with Dr. Genrichs work on my dental needs over the years. He and his staff has taken care of my entire family over the last 20+ years. My 4 grown children all have wonderful smiles and healthy teeth I believe to the continued care and education from Dr. Genrich and his wonderful staff. The experience is always pleasant and very informative to make the right choices. I recommended them highly as a reliable, knowledgeable, and enjoyable family dentist!! They are just GREAT!!

I've been going to dentists for over 50 years and this one is absolutely the best! My painful past dental experiences have added fear to the regular pain of a procedure and I was treated not only with kindness but also respect. (Also nitrous) They got me right in when I called and he did great work on my problem mouth. It was refreshing to not be talked down to because I need extra pain control. I also loved the fact that he treated what needed to be done without berating me for undone work and he also didn't try to sell the next job. He seems like a genuinely nice man, the kind you'd like to have for a neighbor. His offices are decorated pleasantly without being over the top. I love the fact that there is a television in the waiting room! Why don't they all do that? I don't mind waiting (always a very short wait) when I can sit and watch my regular programs. I got the feeling that finally someone recognized that I was a real person and not just a dollar sign. They are both professional and easy going - real people - not a bunch of stuffed shirt egos who are overly impressed with themselves. I recommend Dr. Genrich and his staff for the most pleasant possible dental experience
