After moving to the US from Germany, der Serafimovski (Gentle Dental) was the first dentist I visited in the US. I had two crowns in the left lower jaw done. One of them fell off after only 7 month. I also had a root canal done, which went so bad (a serious infection developed while on vacation) that I had to spend 6 hours at an endodontist's office to get it fixed. No refund, or discount. Dentist demands full payment for a procedure that was only 20% finished (I provided written statements and x-rays from the endodontist). I am very dissatisfied with the quality of service and the high costs.
