Dr Turpin is very unprofessional. His office is very unorganized between him and his staff. Dr Turpin is very ruff with the numbing needle. Then he starts on my mouth pulling and jerking on my extraction instead of using a tool to help him since he was not stronge enough. Which caused me plenty of pain. Then I get ready to leave the office with my prescription he gives me 600 mg ibuprofen. I stated to the so called dr. that I already take 800 mg ibuprofen on the daily so 600 isn't gonna help me. So the so called dr states "well use your 800 mg ibuprofen"with no cares on how the patient feels. Surgery was on a Friday after his numbing medicine wore off, I was in excruciating pain the whole weekend. I couldn't even feel my face until two weeks later. Nothing really worked for pain the first weekend. On top of he didn't prescribe me anything for pain. I went in Monday crying then he prescribes me some pain meds. Three weeks later dr Turpin nor his staff has not did a follow up with me to see how I'm healing. Worst place to go to just because he takes Medicaid. I would never go back there.

About Hygienist: The hygienist is just as bad when she can sit there and allow him to do such a thing. Speak up hunny. Be more stronge.

The worst dental place I've been too. Workers talking about other patients right in front of other patients rudely. Was over charged. Worst customer service ever. Instead of taking time to make everything good, Dr, Turpin was making rude comments about it. Very unprofessional. Would I ever recommend? Never. It was my first and last time ever going back to that place.

Excellent work by Dr. Turpin and staff. Relaxing, quiet and friendly atmosphere in waiting room and facillities. Small business which makes it very personel. I would recommend this business to anyone, you will also gain a family.
