Dr. Ostroth is a great dentist. He is very conscious of pain. He saved my front tooth using state of the art technology. He keeps up on all the new stuff.
About Hygienist: Deb is fantastic. She spends a lot of time cleaning my teeth, is very personable and remembers EVERYTHING you tell her

I dread going to this dentist not because of the pain, but because of the customer service. The dental staff are rude and unprofessional. Dr. Ostroth did my sister's dental implants so poorly that he ended up not having us pay for most of it. He has been rude to my mother ever since she had me go to an actual orthodontist for my braces. To top it all off, it is expensive!! I would not recommend going to this dentist.

Dr. Ostroth did my no-prep veneers (Lumineers). They are bulky, non-translucent, too white and don't blend with the shape/size of the rest of my teeth. After returning several times to address my concerns Dr. Ostroth was not able to help. I have since been to two cosmetic dentists and they explained that the no-prep veneers that Dr. Ostroth said could be removed actually can't be removed. They have to be cut off and replaced with traditional veneers because some enamel was indeed removed and it can't be fixed with just bonding. I now have an extremely expensive mistake on my part to fix. Do your homework and do not get veneers from a dentist who isn't an expert

Dr. Ostroth is a class act. He is very friendly and intelligent. You can catch him humming to the oldies on the radio while he gives you an exam. He gave me braces which were off 6 months early (and I'm still happy with my smile), he bonded a front tooth that broke from a soccer injury, and he has helped my teeth stay grand with a night guard and night retainer. A good orthodontist can be hard to find, and while Thane is a bit pricier than the other options in the area -- well it's your teeth we're talking about. One of the first impressions you can make on people is your smile, to me it's worth the bit of an extra cost. Also their equipment is top of the line, with computer imaging in every room. They seem to have some new technological gizmo everytime I walk in, which makes me feel good that Dr. Ostroth is continually trying to make his practice the best it can be.
The support staff are also great. I can't believe they recognize me when I come in just twice a year, but I've been going there so long maybe they do!
About Hygienist: Ann Thom is the way to go for a hygienist. Very friendly and helpful.

I have had several root canals, crowns, filling replacements, and orthodontic (braces) work performed by Dr. Ostroth. Family members have also been referred to Dr. Ostroth and his staff for their dental care. The quality of his work is top notch and pain free! All his equipment is of the latest models and the office is clean and the staff is friendly.
About Hygienist: Dr. Ostroth's hygienest's on staff are excellent and caring professionals.

Thane has a Wonderful staff, and all have a kind chairside manner. I have had 4 family members in the past 12 years get braces for a very reasonable price. My young children have no fears due to his and staff's kind, friendly manner. Have been going to him for about 20 years. He and staff keep current on dental practices and go to seminars every year, and actually ATTEND the lectures, not just go for the vacation destination! Never had a problem with insurance reimbursement, Kathy is always in the know about those things! Always get an appointment when it's convenient for me. He does puppet shows in schools about dental hygene. Would HIGHLY recommend him to others!
