check ups for all family members. Dr. was great did his work quickly and painlessly. He didn't try to upsell anything, no unnecessary procedures, very honest.

I have had cleanings done there only, no other procedures. The dentist pops his head in the room for about 30 seconds after the hygenist is done. The front desk staff are a real pain. They are booked 6-8 weeks out and it feels like a meat-processing plant there -- get you in and out as quick as possible and on to the next patient.
About Hygienist: Hygenists are generally good and thorough.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Dr. Plotnik himself is an excellent dentist, and went way out of his way to help me.
At first he suggested a different procedure than i wanted in order to preserve my other teeth. I wanted to get a bridge btw. my front left and letf eye tooth. Since those teeth were in great shape, he suggested what's called a Maryland bridge instead.
In that procedure only back side of neghbouring teeth is lightly ground, and bridge is than "glued" to them. I liked that idea cause i wanted to keep my teeth as natural as possible, and I wanted to keep the option of dental implant open without having to recap two teeth holding the bridge.
My insurance wouldn't pay for the procedure, so Dr. Plotnik basically did it at cost. I've had the bridge now for 5 1/2 years and it looks great.

The doctors are wonderful but the staff are rude and inconsiderate! I would not advise anyone to go there unless they changed the office staff.

1) Long waiting time. 2) Trys to sell you lots of stuff--electric toothbrush, flouride spray, etc. and then will do anything to get you to pay out of pocket for something. You can get flouride at the pharmacist with a perscription for cheap co-pay and he will tell you that you cant and that his office sells it for $30. Overall office was nice, staff ok.
