Moved to Fargo, looked for biological dentist. Made appointment for TEETH CLEANING. Front desk staff was robotic and unfriendly. Had a tour of their "wonderful facilities". History and exam was done. Then was told that I would have to make another appointment for teeth cleaning! Upon exam, a brand new filling on Tooth #8 fell out. Had teeth cleaned next appointment. Made third appointment to have Tooth 8 repaired for 3 times as much $ as original fix. I have had A LOT of dental work done, and the injection given by the assistant was the most painful I have ever experienced. She also made a nasty comment in my chart about supposedly being told that I was not having my teeth cleaned on first visit- which was not true. I felt that Dr. Lundstrom was judgmental and impersonal. I then found out later that he told another dentist that I was "crazy". Wow- all of that expense and stress just because I was new to Fargo and wanted to have my teeth cleaned!!!

About Hygienist: Hygenist was friendly and did a good job.

My family and I moved to Fargo 14 years ago, when the time came to find a reliable dentist we asked friends and co-workers. From both mine and my husband's office 4 people recommended Lundstrom Family Dentistry. I thought wow, who is this dentist that has such loyal customers, so I being the first in the family who needed some work went to Lundstrom Family. Dr. Lundstrom is great! Not only him but his knowledgable staff as well. My questions were answered, my needs were met and my billing was throughly explained. After that first visit I knew Lundstrom Family would be my family's Dentist, and it has since 2001.
About Front Desk: The Staff at the front desk are great! Scheduling an appointment is no hassle,and explanation of my bill ist thorough.

About Hygienist: Everyone knows the Hygienist is the Dentist's "right hand man (or woman). Not only is she knowledgable, and expierenced, but fun. I feel relaxed and comfortable when ever I'm for treatment.
