Set an appointment to have a TMJ review and cleaning. Oh, they forgot to mention he's only available for TMJ reviews on Wednesday & Friday. Nice to know after driving 30 minutes for a frickin' cleaning! My dentist is, 3 minutes away! So, why did they set an appointment for Monday morning? Good question. What did they say when I voiced my frustration? "They come from as far away as the East Coast to see him!" Hm...? What a stupid thing to say. That much in demand, yet only available 2 days a week? Interesting... A complete waste of time. My regular dentist is 3 minutes away.

About Front Desk: Dumb as a rock. Scheduled me for a TMJ review at the Waterford office, on Monday, when he's only available to do TMJ reviews on Wed & Fri.

About Hygienist: OK - no problem there
