Both my husband and I went to this dentist. He did an unnecessary crown on a tooth I didn't ask him to look at and ignored the one that really needed work. He took advantage of my ignorance and distraction as a new mother to not explain thoroughly what he was doing and it was only after he'd put in the temporary crown I realized he was working on the wrong tooth. My husband had a crown put on and it took 4 return trips to get it finally seated correctly and ground down properly. He was in agony waiting for them to open in the morning after they "fixed" it the third time the night before. Even 800 mg of ibuprofen did not alleviate the pain.
And, if it's relevant to you, their bathrooms are the size of small closets and not handicap accessible at all.
About Front Desk: The front desk is the only good part of this place, they were efficient and helpful and kind.
About Hygienist: Hygienist told my husband it was his fault he was in pain. I overheard the same woman talking in the hall about what a wimp another patient was when I was in the chair. Very unkind and very unprofessional.
