I had an emergency appointment today and saw Dr. Levi and his staff. As usual, everyone was warm, friendly and helpful. And , of course Dr. Levi was fabulous (and quick!) as usual. I just love this office and encourage everyone to 'Come on down" there!

This is a high volume Drive-thru dental practice. Cheap initial exam to get you in the door but you get what you pay for. Each time I attempt to give this practice a chance they find a new way to disappoint. First visit they canceled my appointment without ntotice & had me wait over an hour to be seen. Second visit they could not find my records & insisted I had never been there before. When they finally saw me & sat me in the chair they asked "What is the problem with your dentures?" I don't have dentures???????????

I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed, a crown out in and several cavities filled. All the services I received were successful! I did gave a slight problem with my crown, but after a couple of visits, the problem was corrected.
About Front Desk: Front desk is great! They always try to accommodate our schedule!
About Hygienist: I've had 2 different hygienists since I began visiting and both were terrific.

Overall, I was impressed by Dr. Levi. The facilities were new and up-to-date. There was even a television in each room for the patient to watch while getting their teeth cleaned. The staff was very friendly. There was very little waiting. I went in for a cleaning and the hygienist did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Levi was very honest about about the condition of my teeth and didn't try to persuade me to have unnecessary procedures. The pricing was about average for dentists in my area, but I received a discount on my first appointment. I definitely plan to go back.

Work does not hold up, crowns cracking after 1 year and very disappointed with care

VERY PLEASANT OFFICE. THEY CARED ABOUT ME!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY DID WHAT WAS BEST FOR MY SITUATION AND I AM A WHOLE NEW PERSON WITH MY NEW VENEERS AND IMPLANTS THANKS TO DR LEVI.
