I went to Dr. Dupuis for the first time for a filling that had fallen out. He was short from the beginning and could of cared less about listening to my complaints. I am currently pregnant which is why it is even more important I take care of my teeth and problems in a timely manner. Dr. Dupuis performed x rays and informed me I needed 2 root canals. I was referred to a specialist. Dr. Dupuis did not even LOOK IN MY MOUTH ONCE. When I asked him if I would be able to get any relief from the pain today he looked at me and said "I'm sending you to specialist..." Perfect. After calling the specialist I was informed that their first available appt was in DECEMBER. 3 months from now. I called Dr. Dupuis office back for the 3rd time, this time in tears begging for some type of pain medication to help me get some sleep finally...and after begging and begging they called me in meds. PENICILLIN AND MOTRIN. I am deathly allergic to penicillin (it says this on the medical history they require you to fill out prior to treatment...way to go. Slight oversight on Dr. Dupuis?) and I cant have an anti-inflammatory because I'm pregnant. Genius. Needless to say I am looking for another dentist. This dentist is a joke. He really doesn't care..

I went in as a new pt. It smells in the waiting area, the lady who cleaned my teeth used latex when I am allergic, I currently have pain in my teeth and I know I have cativitites, the dentist came in looked in my mouth and said your good. I told him that a different dentist said I had cativiites, and he said to bring in the treatment plan and we will do that.

Clean & Friendly, moderately priced. Appointment wait is about 3 weeks for cleaning, same day for emergencies

The office is very clean. Had some billing issues. The staff is very nice. Dr. Dupuis is not very personable. He could be more friendly, but he is a good dentist none the less.

Hade to make this Dentist My primary Dentist for first. So when I do they tell Me they are booked so a month later Me and wife get app't. So two days before app't I call to make sure of app't. Glad I did they NEVER called to Remind Us. Even Thought We made app't a month in advance. So we go to app't EARLY after I took time off work and We get a babysitter for our 3 year old son.
We get in office I think there was 5 girls working the front desk. (and they could not call to remind us of app't) So we told the very rude girl working there We were there for our app't and she tells us the 2 dental ass't called in sick. This Very RUDE person said that they called the house to tell US (my wife does not work Shes home with son all day) THEY NEVER CALLED.
This person lied to Us which really got Us mad. I have never been treated so bad and lied to by any bussiness. USA does not make much anymore We are a sevice indust and this office has rotton service. I would tell everyone to STAY AWAY from this Dentist office the front desk and office is run very BAD. I was so upset with the whole rotton experence and way we were treated.Stay away from this Dentist and office.

I will never go back to this dentist and recommend you don't waste your time or money. I went to this dentist 3 times and all 3 had a bad experience. I had to tell them my filling was falling out, I am not a dentist and I could see it. They were very rushed. A woman dentist saw me one time and was in such a hurry to get out of there, she pretended to give me a 3 second exam and ran out with her keys in hand to the parking lot and sped off. VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! She did however notice I had a zit on my chin and I was quite offended by that comment as well. They obviously do not have the patients best interest in mind.

do not get dentures made at this clinic. Once they receive their payment they do not give you quality service. You do not get an appointment for denture adjustments, they squeeze you in and you wait 30 to 45 minutes and then you're lucky if you get 5 minutes for a lousy adjustment.
