Dr. Brown is friendly and discusses any treatment options before starting work. They make me feel comfortable in what we are doing and why we are doing it.

My previous dentist found cavities or fillings needing replacement every time I visited including two that needed attention before I decided to switch to Dr. Brown. I never had those replacements attended to and Dr. Brown hasn't found a cavity since I switched. Competent staff too.

After having my regular cleanings every 6 months my whole life, I got new insurance and needed a new dentist. I was referred to Dr. Brown, but it wasn't a good fit. He somehow determined I needed $3,000 worth of work (my OOP, not insurance) done immediately. This seemed odd to me, considering I only had a couple "spots" my old dentist was "watching." Also, he did a couple fillings and while doing those he used my chest as a table. I am a woman and not okay with that procedure, he had a table and hygenist to assist, he had no need to touch my chest. Also, the fillings still feel loose and are exposed past my teeth, so they grind and chip. I have begun the search for a new dentist in the area.
