Very friendly staff. Always on time. Great with kids and anixous patients! Not sure about cost because I have insurance.

My health insurance does not cover Dr. Zelazny, but I would not change dentists for any reason. Dr. Zelazny was WONDERFUL with my mother when replacing dentures and with my son who needed some extensive dental work. I would recommend him highly for persons of all ages.
