Crown was so poorly done I my insurance provider reimbursed me. Perfect Smile would not return my calls and I. Informed receptionist that was in pain

I had a double Root Canal. Dr. Waheed broke the bottom of my
root while performing the procedure. She knew about it and
didn't tell me. I was in pain for a year and 3 months trying to
get them to correct the problem. I kept telling Dr. Waheed that
I was in pain. She got very loud with me in front of all of the
customers and told me that I grind my teeth and that's why I
am having pain. Finally they referred me to a root canal
specialist and that's when I found out that she had broke off
a part of my root which is a bone under your tooth.
Dr. Broussard would not speak with me. She hid in her office.
DO NOT LET THEM do anything in your mouth other that
your cleanings. I had to have my perfectly healthy tooth extracted.

I would never recommend this dentist to anyone. She is a very unprofessional , Coward. She is not accountable for her bad work and she does work that is unnecessary. After she gets paid, she has nothing else to say to you and she is a liar. Any service you have you are there so long, they have to give you ensure. I was abused and I have had the work she did done all over because it was not right. God is not mocked! She will stand before judgement on this one!

ok very polite and mannerable although quite exspensive and upcharges the cost of treatment especially if no insurance prices are almost triple ... once you have insurance prices go down but still are exspensive and they prey on getting you to pay monies out of your pocket

My first visit wasn't what I expected. I came in on the advertisment of $100 including xrays/exam etc.. The Receptionist said why not let us bill your insurance company don't worry about a co-pay. Instead of a $100 they received
$ 350. Intentionally charging my insurance instead of utilizing the new customer offer. I felt that was very underhanded, they are fully aware of your entitlements. Then found plenty to work on and encouraging applying for that dental credit card. Their final cost was roughly $12,000 but they said charge it. Never will I visit again

Excellent doctor, and marvelous staff. Very professional and courteous. Went above and beyond their duty to see that I was taken care of and my dental work was excellent.

My office visit to Dr. Broussard's was very pleasant. The staff was nice and the facility was clean and nicely decorated.
I was a little concerned about the fees, however.. I thought they were high, however, I could be wrong. If the fees were high, and as stated, I am not sure they actually were, I guess you get what you pay for.
