Dr Otten runs a no bells or whistles clean and friendly office. He is a very knowledgeable, kind, and caring dentist whom I have recommended several family members to. I am a senior citizen, and have seen several dentists in my lifetime; but he is the best general dentist I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He is very gentle and soft spoken, and a man with a sweet personality. If a person has a dental problem he cannot help them with, he will refer you to a specialist who can help you. He is very reasonably priced, and will not try to talk you into having unnecessary procedures done (as some dentist do). He is a very moral and honest person whom I would trust my life with. Also, his staff is very competent, friendly, and professional.
