I went for a new patient exam and cleaning. They left me sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes while the receptionist and the hygienist chatted in plain view. When I finally asked how long it would be, the hygienist said "I didn't know you were here" Really, I was on your schedule and you could see me sitting there for 45 minutes.
My husband went for a exam and cleaning today. Once again, after 45 minutes, they said they were required to do a deep cleaning with anesthetic if they felt this was necessary. That is a complete lie! No patient is required to submit to whatever treatment the hygienist suggests. I worked in the Dental field for 21 years so I know what is "required". Actually, they make a lot more money doing the deep cleanings. We will not be returning to this unprofessional and dishonest office.
We never met Dr. Chase but my husband was told today that she has sold the practice.
Patients beware...hopefully the new owner/Dentist will hire better staff.
