It was my very first time to go to this clinic as well as getting a root canal. Going there I was pretty scared as I've heard some 'horror stories' from family members. And because I had 0 experience my family's experiences and opinions did affect me.After my treatment yesterday at Sierra Endodontics I can say they really did a brilliant job. it was a pretty intense procedure compared to getting tooth fillings,extractions, your teeth cleaned, etc. I strongly recommend them simply because everybody knew what they were doing and did it well. Each staff, including Dr. Jarrett, was courteous, sensitive to the patient's needs, and showed willingness to answer questions (procedure, financial, etc). they didn't seem to rush on anything like that feeling 'there's-another-patient-after-you so-we-better-hurry-up-here. to me that is important as a patient. as far as the root canal, although i didn't know and understand what was going on Lish and Erika, the assistants, and the Dr. worked quietly but thoroughly and had that conscious effort to check and see how youre feeling and when i didn't quite feel comfortable at certain times they were quick enough to help me and respond to my needs.
About Front Desk: The wait time after i signed in was probably just 5 minutes which was great. Marcel and the other staff took the time to briefly yet clearly explain to me the financial aspect, post procedure, etc. with courtesy and respect. They smiled. they were professional yet kind. they made my 2+ hours in the clinic worth my time and 'day off'. no time was wasted in waiting too long.

Wonderful experience, would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a root canal. I was nervous, but Dr. Jarrett put me at ease with his knowledge and calm demeanor.
