Dr. Schoengold is covered on my insurance plan for an exam, cleaning and x-rays. He found one possible cavity and one filling that appeared loose to him. He told me I didn't need x-rays. I had a different dentist look at it to do the work. He couldn't find the loose filling or the cavity developing. I called to ask for that information. Dr. Schoengold neglected to take x-rays AND to take any notes. He had no information. UNPROFESSIONAL. I wrote a detailed review on Yelp.
About Front Desk: HORRIBLE!!! I told Dr. Schoengold that the manager was unprofessional and rude. She handled the equipment in the exam room without washing her hands and without gloves. I had the hygienist change the attachment that the manager handled. I reported the manager to the doctor who was very defensive. Turns out that the manager was practicing illegally and stealing money. Google it.

About Hygienist: The hygienist was excellent. She took her time - around 45 minutes. Dr. Schoengold did it in 25 or 30 minutes. the hygienist was MUCH better.
