My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Patti Froeber since the opening of her dental practice. We give her the highest compliment for precision, pleasant positive attitude and diligence. She is a problem solver and we have never felt underserved.
We highly recommend her.

I received dental treatment from Dr. Froeber. She was amazing, the dental work is fantastic. This being said the business manager is horrific. She informed us that she could take our insurance and then couldn't. Does not accept cash payments or any kind of payment plan after misinforming clients and is unprofessional and belittling. I will never go back.

She drilled right through the porcelain in a crown she put in--what an incompetent dentist. I will never return to her office and am bringing her to arbitration.

I had 6 crowns and 3 fillings done by this dentist--and I overpaid significantly as I am now finding out. But the worst part was that three of the fillings had to be redone as crowns within a short time--the last one within 2 weeks. Why? In my opinion, this doctor is sloppy and disorganized. I don't think she takes the time to adequately diagnose a problem, she just jumps to the easiest solution. In my case, I had pain in a tooth and she replaced the old filling without testing or x-raying the tooth to see what the problem was. Two weeks later, with the same pain in the same place, I had to pay for an endodontist to tell me the tooth was cracked and needed a crown. I asked the dentist for a refund for the unnecessary filling, and she has not responded. That was the third time that happened! Almost all the teeth this dentist worked on continue to hurt. I am now seeing another dentist who charges less for better work--and she saw the crack right away!

Excellent and caring Dentist. Uses latest technology effectively. Definitely recommend for anyone but especially for children - exceptional with kids

Billing and Insurance NIGHTMARE! Dont believe them when they say they take your insurance!!! WARNING!! They slide you right in and get you started an all sorts of procedures etc. The Front desk help just tries to start you on work, then you get the bill, BIG SURPRISE! Doesnt matter if they communicated that theyll take are of you - - they WONT! Extremely unethical when it comes to correcting their mistakes used as a referral, SORELY DISSAPOINTED and very frustrated. The office is only open at their convenience so their closed every other week, settling a bill is HELL! Save yourself a agony, high stress and frustration!

I have been a patient for 5 years and Patti's the best, I was so afraid of dentists that I almost let my teeth fall out. But she cured me of that. She will go to great lengths to ensure that you receive the best care. That goes double for her staff. Deb is a very knowledge, friendly and sympathetic office manager. Give em a try, if you can get in. They are very busy

Fabulous dentist and wonderful staff. A bit pricey but worth every penny.
