I have had 2 gum grafting procedures completed by Dr. Mc Cann. I was not caught off guard by post surgery healing, bruising, or pain. Everything was clearly communicated on what to expect post-surgery. Follow-ups were quick and easy. So far everything about my experience has been as best as I could have ever expected or wanted in an oral surgery. I have already recommended to others.

I Had two implants done for front teeth. I have had crowns there and it was time to go to implants. The extraction went ok but later in the process it took 3 visits lots of pain and novocaine to get the temps right. Over the years I had a veneer and a crown done on the two teeth on either side of the ones getting replaced. They were perfect but as a result of recession of my gums from the implants metal from the crown and the upper edge of the veneer are clearly visible. The initial estimates put correcting this at $10000. I expressed concerns to Dr. McCann on not being advised of the risk/possibility of this happening. After all he should have knew there was a crown and veneer adjacent to the two prospective implants during the consultation. Dr. McCann has been dismissive of my concerns, when I tried to visit and talk through them. He simply referred to his consent form repeatedly. A prosthodontist I visited believed what happened after the implants was predictable, and Dr. McCann should have at least shared the possibilities and risks. I now have 4 problem teeth instead of 2 and a $10,000 in order to correct the situation in addition to Dr. McCann's $6000 fee.

I never grew my two laterals(the teeth next to each front tooth). Dr. Mccann did my implants and I could not be happier with the results. I now have a beautiful natural looking smile. No one knows I have implants unless I tell them. The staff was very friendly, Dr. McCain is very gentle and they are professional and experienced. I highly recommend their services!

During the years I've visited Dr. McCann office, the office personnel, including Dr. McCann, has always been very friendly helpfull and accommodating. He always explains any problems with my teeth; make suggestions and we decide together what the best course of action for me. He always take the time to answer my questions. We have interesting conversations while he works on my mouth. The hygenists and the front desk is always friendly and helpful. The office is very accommodating when it comes to hlep with payment and insurance. I very highly reccommend Dr. McCann if you are looking for a wonderful dentist. Oh! and he is painless, in cost and procedure.

grafting - poor customer service with receptionist in person and on telephone - abrupt, not friendly and poor follow up after they dealth with insurance
