I would highly recommend Dr. Novak. We got her name from a friend 20 years ago and I now have my whole family going to her. She is an excellent and responsive dentist. My kids feel so comfortable at the office. The staff knows the whole family and they respond to us quickly.
We have had cleanings, crowns, braces, and root canals done. Dr. Novak will refer out when she thinks it is the best option on certain specialization. I give this dentist and office a top rating.

This has been a terrible experience.
they gave me a quote but when I got the bill it was $250.00 more than quoted. The explaination was, yeah, that happens. This is the second time it's happened.
The teeth didn't feel right and hurt. The surface is rough and I can feel sharp filling inbetween the teeth.. I complained and went back they took more X-rays, put cold on it to which I reacted to and they said, huh, can't find anything and sent me on way.
Then they billed me. I called and they credited the bill but I shouldn't have received it in the first place.
What's upsetting is the fillings were fine. They said they were getting old and I should replace them but I had NO pain. After the replacements she did where there was pain , the response was, if the pain doesn't go away you need a crown. My error to have them replaced and now it's a $2000 deal with a new crown. It's quite upsetting and I now am going to a different dentist to fix.

Dr. Novak is the absolute best. Talented, sweet, and a true professional in every sense. Would recommend to all.
About Hygienist: Amy is a great hygienist. Always go to Amy. Gentle, patient and a great listener!

Dr. Novak and her staff have been great to work with. I have not had a lot of work done but I am very pleased with the attention and service. I have tried several dentists in the area and I have been the happiest with Dr. Novak. I have been going to her for about two years.
