Read Reviews for Dr. Alan Justin
Part of practice with Dr. George. Drs do not work well together at all and often disagree with each other. Highly unprofessional in front of patients. Completely unreliable predictions for treatment duration. Very unreliable service and very unaccommodating. Do not plan accordingly to meet patient's needs over vacations or other office closings.

Great orthodontist. Had my child to there office in Saratoga for treatment. She was in and out of braces in 18 months. The staff is so friendly and helpful with insurance questions. Definitely would recommend them.

I have had two children treated by this practice and would not recommend them. We did not realize initially that each of 3 offices is part time - meaning that there is only a doctor in an office 2 days each week. Appointments are hard to get for proceedures at your local office.
The doctors alternate and it has been almost impossible to get continued coverage by one or the other. The problem is they often do not agree with each other over treatment - so there is regularly changing of direction. One says this is the way to go and starts something, only for the next appointment to be with the other doctor who initiates something different. This slows treatment and undermines confidence in the quality of care.
My kids began with head gear in elementary school and the braces have spanned into their junior year in high school. Way too long.
The practice is very busy. As a patient you have to keep an eye on what was promised and what the orthodontist is doing.
Dr Justin has good patient skills and his team is polite and likable. Dr George is cranky and has had nurses that are downright rude to patients and their parents particularly in reference to wearing headgear and rubber bands.
I know this doctor: 6 years
