Received an exam from dr. tucker after having my first cleaning in his office. dr. tucker runs his practice in a very fast paced, factory like setting. Unfortunately, he could have a nice practice if he didn't allow for the unprofessional work environment his office manager(she runs front desk) creates. She is extremely rude, unprofessional and speaks to the patients and staff in a horrible manner. As I waited for my appointment I could over hear her speaking badly about the staff who I met and were very professional and kind, why they are working there I don't know. I will never return as I don't feel it is appropriate to support a dentist who allows for the poor treatment of his patients and his staff. After sharing my experience with co-workers , I was told of the high turn over rate of his employees, not shocked. stay far away from this place!!!

About Front Desk: Extremely rude to patient leaving appointment as I was waiting for my appointment. she said to him he was not welcome back if he was five minutes late again. she spoke to him as a child and openly embarrassed him in front of others waiting. I believe her name was Joan or June. I've had a lot of experiences with doctors as I'm in my 50's and I have never witnessed such an unprofessional person before.

About Hygienist: Hygienist was very professional, thorough and kind. I saw another girl for my X-rays, dental assistant, she was very professional as well. After I asked if she liked working in this office she remained professional and said it was a nice place when clearly it was not.

Dr. Tucker was fine. I had fillings and crown work done and no complaints.

About Front Desk: The treatment I received from Dr. Tucker's mother-in-law was the reason I left the practice. She was extremely rude for no reason. One time I called to ask Dr. Tucker a question aabout an antibiottic he gave me and the mother-in-law said that I didn't tneed to talk to him. I insisted that Dr. Tucker call me back and tthen found out from the Dr. that she never gave him the message tthat I had called. Horrible customer service. She is going to ruin his practice.

Dr.Tucker is a great dentist but the office manager his mother in law is a very nasty and rude woman. She does not know how to talk to her employees and I do not find her to be very pleasant.
