Dr. Letizia has been nothing but incompetent for anything beyond basic routine dentistry. She and her staff are nice, but what you want is competence. I've had problems with crowns that didn't take, an implant that was more of a "place holder" than an actual tooth, and most recently, a post and crown that failed. She tried to stick it back together up into the implant with dental cement, which created a whole other nightmare situation. Every other dental professional during this ongoing ordeal said that using dental cement on an abutment to try and stick back into an implant is the last thing that should have been done. She refuses to take any responsibility for her actions, has made what sounds like desperate excuses, and has had the temerity to try and charge for related expenses. Posting a negative review is something I rarely do, but in this case is entirely warranted.

Wonderful experience. She is very knowledgeable and kind.
It was relaxing...a word I don't usually use to describe a dental experience.
The price for the crown was in line with the general price of crowns.
The entire staff was so friendly and concerned.
I recommend Dr. Letizia highly.
