Very unprofessional. Was discussing insurance billing and complaining he wanted to go home so you could hear it throughout the office. It was beneath him to discuss my case or answer questions, explained nothing. Received shots did not see him again for almost an hour. Upon shoving I don't know what in my mouth, I flinched and was nervous, almost crying and he said to me "are you going to do this? I don't have time for this.".

Oral Surgeon. Skillful, efficient, kind. Though the tooth presented a challenging extraction, Dr. SanGiacomo managed it with deft efficiency. Was willing to explore the feasibility of keeping another tooth that had been marked for etraction.
