The Dr herself was pleasant with my child. She however has no control over the way her office staff treats people.

About Front Desk: Horrible doesn't begin to describe the attitude of the office manager. She was easily the most rude of any person I have net in the medical field. She also took her feelings about me on my son by not scheduling a surgery he desperately needed. The experience was awful beyond words, all because of the office manager.
