just had the worst dental experience of my life! I waited over 30 min. then he gave me three rounds of anesthetic that didn't work and kicked me out and told me to reschedule when he had more time!!! I had taken the time for a consultation first so he knew what had to be done and I arrived at my appointment on time! he even sent the hygienist in to tell me to reschedule rather than telling me himself! so unbelievably unprofessional! will not go back and I cancelled my cleaning appointment. my jaw is sore and swollen from 3 serious rounds of injections of anesthetic!
About Hygienist: hygienist was kind and embarrassed at his behavior!

I have been going to Dr. Gross for about 2 yrs. I've been in for exams, fillings, a crown, and a broken molar. All treatments were satisfactory and without pain. Dr. Gross is a very pleasant and caring individual, who seems to take great care of his office staff. The hygienists are very friendly and gentle...I have yet to have an unpleasant cleaning. His office mgr, Kathy, is VERY knowledgeable about insurance matters, which is very helpful when it comes to major procedures. My only complaint is overall cost, but I think that is probably just the nature of dental charges in general, rather than reflective of Dr. Gross' office. Also, the office is only open Monday through Thursday. All things considered, I would recommend Dr. Gross as a good dentist.
