There is only street pay at the meter parking. The waiting room was average size and some of the chairs were worn and needed to be reupholstered. Some clients didn't wear a mask (coronavirus) and staff didn't say anything. The hygienist did not use a Cavitron and only used a scraper instrument. At last dental cleaning, the dentist was not in the office. There was no supervision by a dentist. The dentist did not check the hygienist's work. Yet, the bill included a fee for a dental exam. Received an email the hygienist could not make any appointments because another hygienist was going to retire, and her schedule was booked. The dentist never put anything in the mail there would be a change to his practice. Odd that the hygienist made an appointment for another client making it appear she did not want me as a client because I questioned their billing practices.
About Front Desk: There was no front desk receptionist to answer the telephone. The assistant or hygienist sat at the front desk.

About Hygienist: She did not use a Cavitron and only used a scaper instrument. At the first visit, she didn't use a suction device. Minimal discomfort. She didn't look at the x-rays while cleaning. She refused to make another appointment claiming she was booked yet she made an appointment for another client. She did the last cleaning with no supervision by a dentist.There was no dentist on the premise to check her work.
