After quite a few years of not going to the dentist my wife convinced me to go to see Dr Squilla, whom she and the kids had been going to. I had A LOT of work to be done including several cavities, the beginnings of gum disease, and a root canal. He got everything under control in about a 1 1/2 years of spaced out visits to ease my anxiety and make sure the procedures bridged 2 different years of insurance coverage for me. His procedures are all but painless and he talks you through every step of the way.
To make my point I'll let you know that my son, age 10, went in for a cleaning and he found a tucked away abscess way up in his gum line. Turns out he had an impacted tooth under the surface that he never complained about. Dr Squilla had to remove 2 of my sons baby molars on the spot to clear up the infection. I peeked in the room, expecting tears and clenched arm rests. What I found was my son bopping his feet to music while Dr Squilla worked his magic. My son never made a peep and bounded out of the room afterwards, ready to go back to school if we'd let him. If I could get all of my friends and family to go to him I would, as he is an impressive dentist and a kind man. 10 out of 10!
