Took my insurance money for ex-rays that were unusable by Eastman Dental referral. Ex-rays were dull, very poor quality on cheap copy paper. "Ex-rays" had no value for treatment with another dentist because details needed were absent. Was told by Eastman Dental they have never seen anything of this nature. Once you walk in the office, you get the idea practice is like a revolving door assembly line for low income patients who are referred by MVP insurance. I must start all over again and must pay $130 out of pocket for "real" ex-rays. Feel this should of never happened. I do not mind paying, but I should not have to have ex-rays all over again just one week later! Linda Jones seems to have it all figured out how to pick up a few extra bucks from insurances, but lacks integrity serving patients she deems unworthy.
About Front Desk: Had mannerism that reflected rude, impatient, condescending disposition. Patient plan coordinator from Eastman Dental needed to bypass her to get answers because of shoddy "ex ray" work created by Linda Jones.
