Not friendly and very impatient. He did not want to wait for my mouth to become completely numb before doing my root canal, and therefore caused a lot of pain. His answer was to keep giving me more numbing medication until my heart started racing. When I insisted he wait, he was not happy. I will say, however, that I rarely had to wait to be seen. It was as if I was part of an assembly line, not a good experience and rather unsettling.
