Was happy with the Dr. and his staff. Both Dr. Muran and his staff made my visits stress free. I feel the care is thorough, in a relaxed and laid back setting

I am very unsatisfied with the fillings that I had done, and I am especially unhappy with the way the Dr treated his staff. He always seems extremely rude and rushes through things.

Dr. Muran does not just clean your teeth, he inspects your entire mouth for any abnormalities. Very professional!

I have been going to Dr Muran for several years. However, there has recently been alot of turnover in the office. I really liked the previous dental hygenist but the new one not so much. I may look for another dentist.

This is the worst dentist I have ever been to. I've never felt worse pain in my mouth. He's rough. He gives 6 to 8 shots in the mouth, roof of the mouth and gums, without any swabs of numbing solution. And they were very painful. My bite was way off after he was finished. My gums were swollen and cut. He argued when I would mention anything about my mouth. He was even rude at times. He removed a filling and then refilled it, partially with a very rough finish. I would never go to him again. He crowned teeth that didn't really need it. His chair side manners were courteous until he got the money. After that, his countenance changed. I got very sick after my appointments and even ran a low grade fever. He was leaving the tooth, to the right of the front tooth, longer than the front tooth. It looked like a vampire. His comment was, "it'll only be for two weeks." I wish I could've found reviews about him before I went to him.

Dr. Muran is one of the best. Extreamly flexible scheduling, wonderful hygienists, and quick painless fillings. Highly recommended.

(I felt compelled to post here since this is the first website that google turned up when I searched for Dr Muran, before I setup my apointment)
I had my first appointment with Dr. Muran this morning. He was very professional and thorough. I was very impressed by his ability to surmise my exact dental work in a matter of minutes. And to determine exactly what was wrong with it. (Last year, my previous dentist filled two cavities without fully numbing my teeth. He also claimed that the sensitivity/pain I felt afterward was normal. This is the reason I was in search of a new dentist) Dr Muran, quickly determined that my cavities had not been correctly filled, exposing my teeth and creating the sensitivity and pain. (and, all this without me telling him of the experience)
A very good dentist, nice, and clearly competent, I highly recommend Dr. Muran.

I have always had a fear of dentists until my visit with Dr. Muran. I was met by friendly staff. Dr. Muran did an oral exam more thorough than any I have ever had. I felt my anxieties silp away, all questions I had were answered, and I am not dreading my return visit.
