.does not pay any attention patient problems neglected the cause of pain and had to go to another dentist who found the cause immediately and was shocked it was not taken care of early

Facilities are small, damp, and in dire need of a major overhaul. Equipment looks like it was purchased in the late '70s. I've had fillings and root cannals & crowns performed over the years. The pain is always excruciating and very rough handling proceedures. Hygienists are fair. Insurance help is fine and the front desk support is very good (without them, I suspect the practice would have shut down years ago).

The staff and hygienists are very friendly. Dr. Zigler barely says a word and takes almost no time to pronounce everything okay. He's either that good or not so concerned. He spend 20 seconds examining my son last time. Not sufficient time in my opinion or in my husband's uncle's opinion who has been a dentist for 30 years.

This has been my dentist since I was a little kid. He was always gentle and nice.
I recommend him!

Not much patient concern. Very rough. Most of my dental work must be re-done. Other staff was friendly.
