Eureka Smile Center has taken care of my family for 23years and has been a blessing to us. You never want to change you health care professional. The staff is very pleasant and most of them have been there as long as we been going there, that tells you that they enjoy their jobs and are dedicated to the office.

He is only interested in the cosmetic dentistry...I feel like I can't get in for an appointment when I have issues. I explained back in Dec that I was having issues with my teeth and he acted like it was no big deal...nothing to worry about. When I went back in April 1st, he took x-rays and then sent me to a specialist, which I did on Wednesaday. I immediately called Dr. Griffin's office and explained my need to have a filling replaced, I was told the earliest available appointment was Monday...I called back later and they said...oh, here's an appointment tomorrow (Thursday) morning. It has been a huge ordeal. Now I need the filling to be tweeked and the dentist isn't in on Fridays and is "booked" except for 1 appointment on Monday. He doesn't spend any time with his patients...we were just a number and $ to him. Not satisfied at all with his "care."
About Front Desk: Scheduling is a nightmare...there are 2 dentists in the office...but the dentists don't work enough to have flexible hours. This place is a real joke.

Dr. Griffin has been my family's dentist for seven years. His manner is friendly and he seems very knowledgable about dental procedures. One of my sons got braces and everything came out very well. Costs are average, and the office staff is very helpful with questions and insurance problems. In a routine cleaning/checkup visit, almost all of the interaction is with the dental hygienist (friendly and efficient), with the dentist coming in for only a couple of minutes to review xrays and take a brief look in your mouth. In the last year his practice has grown enough to add another dentist, and the front desk is scheduling five months ahead for after-school appointments. There is a policy of not switching back and forth between the two dentists for convenience of scheduling. The front desk explains that this is for continuity of care (always seeing the same dentist), but within such a small office it shouldn't be a problem for the dentists to coordinate care. It is as though there are two separate dental offices in one small space. For the first time in years, I am considering switching dentists.
