Dr. and HIs Staff. They care about all their patients and they
are the best dentist and teacher s(trainer).

My experiences with Dr. Schaefer over 5 years were not that great. He had a great hygenist who left after my first two visits and then his next two did not get that high of a rating from me. His office as well as equipment seem to be high tech, but you also pay for that. Things have to be done "Dr. Schaefer's way" or he gets bothered. I don't like their practice of playing doctor in which they insist on taking your blood pressure at each visit. Also he is insistant on replacing all of your old fillings that he did not do himself and he gets plain rude when it comes to not wanting ex-rays taken constantly. Dr. Schaefer needs to remember who the customer is. His attitude cost him four patients (my whole family).
