He's always late..rude..makes his staff load and unload his car..which takes time..his office is prehistoric and waiting room dirty and cramped!

WIll tell you up and down that "Oh yes! We can fix that and it's going to be perfect" Well after 2 years, we now have to spend 2.5 MORE YEARS in braces, to correct what he did not do! Go Quality! Not Price!
