Dr. Bellem performed a preliminary exam along with the needed x-rays followed by a root canal and treatment for infection which includes 10 day regimen of antibiotics and a temporary filling to be replaced by a permanent filling and a crown. the entire procedure up to this point has been entirely pain free and very comfortable. Facilities were as modern and up to date as any dental office would be from the customers limited knowledge of such facilities. Chair side manners were outstanding. I was informed upfront and updated at each step as to what was taking place. As far as office staff goes, I would have to say they eclipsed my expectations. The dental assistant was exemplary and as for help with directions and insurance I can only say that Aaron knew that my dental insurance carrier had changed before I did, and upon trying to locate their offices he went to a window on the third floor where he spotted our car and guided us in better than any GPS could have.
