My family has trusted Dr. Horstmann and her team to take care of our dental needs for over fourteen years. The staff is very kind, friendly, and helpful whenever we call or visit the office. Knowing that I can trust Dr. Hortsmann's expert opinion as I raised my children has been priceless!

About Hygienist: While all hygienist are wonderful at Dr. Hortsmann's practice, I usually see Ann. She is a wonderful, caring, and gentle hygienist!

Dr. Horstman and the entire staff are very professional yet personal, courteous and attentive to me, the patient. The atmosphere of the office is friendly, pleasant and client focused.

About Hygienist: Ann takes care of my teeth and patiently discusses and teaches dental hygiene. She is very careful and detail oriented. She is gentle and observant of my response to her treatment. I always feel refreshed after the examination and cleaning.

Dr. Horstmann is wonderful and her staff is great as well. I had a dentist on the other side of town, but wanted one up north of the river near where I had moved. Luckily (?!), I was having a root canal in the Northland and, reasoning that an endodontist would surely know a good dentist, I asked him who he would recommend. He immediately recommended Betty Horstmann and I've been thoroughly happy with her. (I remember early on seeing a certificate on the wall that she was the top of her class in dental school.) However, she's not only extremely competent, she's also genuinely friendly, caring and nice. My husband and daughter go to her now too!

I had major fear of dentist due to an awful prior experience and had not gone to a dentist for years. Needless to say my teeth were not in great shape. Dr. Horstman and her staff have taken great care of my teeth and they are again healthy. They make you extremly comfortable. As a result, I am no longer afraid of going to the dentist.

About Hygienist: Mary is great and does a gentle cleaning.

OUTSTANDING! The best crew I have ever, and I mean ever experienced! Fun, pleasurable and most of all COMPLETE! Can't find a better dental office in KC

Dr. Horstmann and her staff are great. I've been a patient of Dr. Horstmann's for nearly 15 years...even during the time she was in Dental School where she earned high honors. She and her staff have very high standards and always provide my son and me with very thorough care. The hygienists are meticulous, and the office staff is very professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Dr Horstmann and her staff are the best. I am terrified of the dentist and they always took great care of me. I took both of my sons there from the time they were two. They think going to the dentist is a treat!
